Custom Projects: Timelines are specifically defined in the project agreement.
3. Potential Delays
Delivery schedules may be impacted by:
Missing or incomplete project information from the client.
Major changes in the project scope after work has started.
Unforeseen technical or third-party platform issues.
4. Revisions
We ensure client satisfaction through a structured revision process:
Clients are entitled to 2–3 rounds of revisions (based on the package).
Additional revision requests may incur extra charges.
5. Project Completion Criteria
A project is officially marked as "Delivered" when:
Final files have been shared via the agreed channel.
Necessary platform access or credentials have been granted to the client.
The client provides a formal or informal confirmation of receipt.
