1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are as follows:
Full Refund: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 Hours: Cancellation eligibility will depend on the current progress of the project.
2. Ongoing Projects
If work has already commenced on your project:
A cancellation fee may be applied to cover administrative costs.
Partial payment may be retained by Matrix Minds Enterprises LLC based on the volume of work completed.
3. Subscription Services
For recurring or subscription-based digital services:
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your dashboard or via email.
No refunds will be provided for periods that have already been billed.
