Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase. Refunds are only applicable if:

• The service has not yet been delivered.
• The project has not been initiated or scheduled.
• There is a proven failure from our side to deliver the agreed services.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

• Once work has started or specific milestones have been delivered.
• Custom strategy, consultations, and research-based work.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of response or missing content).

3. Partial Refunds

• Partial Refunds: If a project is mid-way, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the work already completed.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Turnaround time: Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–10 business days.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the same payment processor used for the purchase.
• After we process the refund, the time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

5. Return Policy

Our offerings are digital services and digital deliverables, so no physical goods are shipped and there is nothing to send back. Returns are handled as follows:

• If a delivered item does not match the agreed scope, you may request a correction or revision within 7 days of delivery.
• If we are unable to correct a proven failure on our side, the request is reviewed for a full or partial refund under the eligibility rules above.
• Return requests are made by email with your Order ID and a description of the issue.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. For work already in progress and for subscriptions, please see our Cancellation Policy.
