Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase. Refunds are only applicable if:

The project has not been initiated or scheduled.
There is a proven failure from our side to deliver the agreed services.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:
Once work has started or specific milestones have been delivered.
Custom strategy, consultations, and research-based work.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of response or missing content).
3. Partial Refunds & Processing
Partial Refunds: If a project is mid-way, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the work already completed.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
